  • Parking for coaches and drop-off points are available in central Oxford, within a short walking distance of the Bodleian Library.
    Please contact the our Tours team for further details.
  • Self-guided tour options do not include access to the reading rooms containing books.
  • Access times may change if rooms are booked for University or other events.
  • All children should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Family tickets are for two adults and three children under 15 years.
  • The Bodleian Library is still a working library, so please respect those studying by keeping your voices down.
  • Tickets can be booked online in advance or at the ticket office on the day. Tickets can sell out, so please arrive early if booking on the day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour at short notice. In case of cancellation any pre-purchased tickets will be refunded.
