Professor Gerard Kilroy will give a public lecture to mark the 400th anniversary of the foundation of the British Province of the Society of Jesus.

The event will include a panel discussion, and will be followed by an ecumenical Service of Thanksgiving in Christ Church Cathedral at 11.45am.

Professor Gerard Kilroy is Honorary Visiting Professor of English at UCL, Professor at the Jesuit University Ignatianum in Krakow, and Senior Research Fellow at Campion Hall, Oxford.

 Location

This lecture will be held in person in the Sir Victor Blank Lecture Theatre at the Weston Library, and livestreamed online.
