About this event

The Bodleian is thrilled to present the fruits of our creative collaboration with award-winning artist Kristjana S Williams, in a display of her new work symbolising the spirit of exploration, adventure and discovery that has motivated many women throughout history, and as a reminder of the beauty and diversity of the world and the need to protect and preserve it for the future.

The display, 'Intrepid Travels', was inspired by the recent book Intrepid Women by Julia Nicholson, published by Bodleian Library Publishing.

Join us in celebrating the launch of 'Intrepid Travels' at our free private viewing at the Weston Library Shop.
