About the event
Join the curators of the Bodleian’s Treasured exhibition for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how it was put together: what are the choices and decisions we need to make for a show?
The talk will reveal hidden aspects and unknown stories about the objects on display, as well as of those that didn’t make it into the exhibition.
As we walk through the process together, we will discover new reasons why and how we treasure things, realising that our treasures have just as much to say about us and our perceptions of them as about objects themselves
