About the events

Each week, enjoy a different combination of bug- and book-themed activities including:

• browse our pop-up library of insect-inspired books
• craft your own paper bugs and bookish garlands
• explore the Kafka exhibition with a family-friendly treasure trail
• challenge your family and friends to a game of beetle drive
• print a bug keepsake on our historic printing press.

Our Toddleian area for the library’s youngest visitors is open throughout the summer, with books and toys to inspire storytelling together.
