About the event

Experience the festive story of the Nutcracker through sound, movement and creativity.

This workshop explores English National Ballet's brand new production of the Nutcracker by combining live music, dance and creative exercises to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

The workshop is co-created by MuMo Creative and the participants of the Oxford Dance for Parkinson's programme, which is run in partnership with MuMo Creative, English National Ballet and Oxford City Council. The workshop is led by MuMo Creative's music director Nia Williams and artistic directors Roosa Leimu-Brown and Louisa Dalton.

Tchaikovsky's iconic music is played by musicians from the Oxford University Graduate Orchestra.
