About the event

Come and learn modern calligraphy using a brush pen at our beginner-friendly workshop.

Hosted in partnership with Moleskine and guided by professional calligrapher Phebe Lim, the workshop begins with simple strokes that will form letters. We then put them together to form words, phrases and flourishes with a festive theme. Great for beginners or those who'd like to master the technique of brush calligraphy.

Tickets are £5, with the full ticket price redeemable against any purchase of Moleskine products in the Bodleian Shop.

Following the workshop, our calligrapher will be offering personalised hot-foil calligraphy for free on any Moleskine products purchased that day. It’s a unique opportunity to pick up a bespoke gift, just in time for Christmas.
